bauma always represents an important showcase for Indeco to exhibit its latest news to a qualified operator audience.

Innovations that arise from listening from customers and analyzing the main market trends: digital transformation; small operating machines growing market and subsequently products range expansion, focus on forestry equipment.
First manufacturer to launch the smart hammer on the market in 1985, Indeco offers today a range of hydraulic attachments with 4.0 technology, thanks to the new remote monitoring system Indeconnect. The system consists of a proprietary device, to be mounted on the various attachments, provided with 4G technology, for wireless interconnection a cloud-based web platform accessible from mobile (via app) or PC, to consult the real- time data transmitted.

Through “Indeconnect” it is possible: Monitor productivity; Check the operation parameters in real-time; Ensure that the attachment is properly used; Increase security by remotely controlling the GPS geo-location; Plan maintenance and minimize machine downtime;
Optimize rental fleet management. The transition from traditional to high-speed rail networks, around the world, passes through the disposal and recycling of hundreds of thousands of kilometers of tracks.
The new IRC rail cutters are hydraulic tools specifically designed for cutting railway, tramway and metro rails. The jaws' particular design, combined with the efficiency of the hydraulic system and the robustness of the machine body (special HARDOX® steel), allow the cutting of rails up to 75 kg of mass per meter, with hardness up to 300 Brinell. Two rail cutter models available, IRC 20 and IRC 30, are designed to process mostly different track standards present in the EU, USA and Asian countries.

The insertion of an anti-wear plate on the fixed jaw of the IRP pulverizers, same as replaceable teeth plate on mobile jaws, will preserve the life of jaw structure, to withstand strong pressures, abrasions and prolonged uses. ISS 8/13 shears model complete the range of Indeco ISS steel shears can be used on excavators from 8 tons, among its distinctive features: short and sturdy structure; low weight; perfect balance; jaws design modified to optimize cutting power and increase maximum opening; four interchangeable and reversible knives; last generation piercing tip. With IMG 300 Multi Grabs, the range expands downwards to match with small excavators (starting from 3 tons). IMH mulchers series are now being further modified through a series of fine-tuning interventions that further increase efficiency and reliability. Significant improvements have been made on the transmission, on the drum and on replaceable teeth path, now equipped with bite limiters that better balance penetration into the wood with ongoing operation.
Indeco proprietary Cobra teeth for a finer mulching and a better shredding action.
