Palazzani is ready to reveal the highest spider in the world

Palazzani Industrie is ready to attend bauma 2022 with its most surprising news regarding the MEWP and lifting machines such as Spider Lifts and Mincrane and leave everyone speechless with the highest Spider in the world.

Palazzani Industrie, which is always attentive to market needs, technological innovations and the environment, has chosen to bring to bauma five representative products of different categories and power options, to show visitors the widest range of choice available.
Among the already known models of the Palazzani range, TZX series will be represented by Ragno TZX 225 on crawlers and in Bi-energy (Diesel+AC) power option; while Ragno TSJ 30.1 on crawlers in Hybrid power option (Diesel + lithium battery) with a predisposition for the winch of 500 kg will represent the medium size range. Regarding the lifting machines, there will be the mini crawler crane Palcrane RPG 2900 in Bi-energy (Diesel + AC) power option.

But let’s get to the news!

The most important news is surely TTZJ 58, the highest Spider in the world.
This machine is still in the prototyping phase, but ready to be shown. The engineering project was born following the many requests from our customers, developing markets and new applications in expansion phase, and it will complete the already large range of Palazzani Spider Lifts.
The aerial platform TTZJ 58 has a totally new design, a system of articulated arm with double telescopic and fly jib and it is designed to be used in a wide range of applications, especially for interventions at important heights with difficult access, such as telephony, maintenance/restoration in both buildings indoor and outdoor, wind industry and rental.
To give some preliminary data, the Ragno TTZJ 58 reaches the maximum aerial working height of 58 meters and the 20 meters outreach, with 120-230-400 kg basket capacity. While reaching such an imposing height, this machine maintains all the necessary features of the Spider Lift and Palazzani products, such as compactness, lightness, safety, easy usability and agility.

The other important news that Palazzani Industrie launches at the fair is the Ragno TSJ 35.1, the 2022 designed model presented at the fair on tracks and in full green ECO power option (AC + lithium battery), for all applications that require zero environmental impact. Replacing the previous existing TSJ 35, the new Ragno platform is already available for sale; it offers an excellent aerial work diagram of 35 m working height and 15 m outreach thanks to the telescopic steel arm Strenx and articulated flying jib, with only 2 meters high in transfer position to be used indoor without difficulty of access. The new TSJ 35.1 includes the latest generation technology for easier maintenance (state-of-the-art CAN BUS system, safety redundancy), modern design and attractive performance.
The characteristics of this new Spider are: automatic set-up and levelling, independent stabilizers with optional extensions to give the possibility of self-loading on trucks, possibility to set-up on 38% max gradeability, fast transfer even on steep slopes. The arm is made of high-performance Strenx structural steel - durable, lightweight and sustainable - which guarantees maximum strength and top safety during work; the modern hexagonal profile offers an optimized distribution of forces, excellent rigidity to the extensions and maximum operator safety. This concept, combined with the weight/size balance of the machine allows maximum verticality and an important outreach along the entire area. The perfect design of this platform is the key to guarantee the important outreach at 32 meters high and above. As all the TSJ, XTJ and TZ series, it is equipped with the automatic limiting working area system to simplify operations and ensure the rotation of the turret on 660° in each configuration. There are 2 working areas depending on the basket capacity: 120 and 230 kg. Thanks to the touch screen display on the ground with advanced integrated diagnostic system, the operator has a complete overview of the machine and can get a quick troubleshooting and the possibility of assistance on remote.

At last, a sample basket of 1800x70x110cm will be shown in the stand, equipped with the 7" display new control display that will be mounted as standard in the future XTJ series and with some new optional items, such as pedal, hand warmer and beverage holder.
Palazzani staff will be happy to welcome all visitors in the outdoor area FS 907 A/1 and answer all questions and curiosities.
